Why are your products made-to-order?
Made-to-order allows us to produce only what is required to reduce waste. It also makes it easier to offer a larger range of sizing without needing space for increased inventory. Best of all, your size is never “out of stock” because we’ll make your size when you order it; including any size customisations you may need!
What does "free customisation" mean?
We offer free custom sizing on every garment we sell. If you fall between sizes on our size chart or have needs or preferences about the way a garment fits, we will make the garment to your measurements. We don't change the style of a garment, that is, the overall silhouette or design. You can read about custom fit in more detail here.
Can I adjust or cancel my order?
After an order has been placed, the contents of the order cannot be adjusted. If the order has not yet been shipped/dispatched, and you need to change an address or other shipping details, this may still be possible to do (but not guaranteed). Please check your order details before submitting. If you do notice a mistake email us and we'll do our best to sort things out.
What do I do with my mailer?
If your parcel arrived in a HeapsGood compostable bag. It is not simply a biodegradable bag or degradable bag (which may still contain plastics). They are 100% plant-based and are certified home compostable (AS5810) and certified industrially compostable (AS4736) .
You may be able to put your compostable bag in your food and garden organics (FOGO) bin. Please check your local council website for details, as not all FOGO bins accept compostable bags.
