Shipping policy
Carrier
All orders are shipped using Australia Post.
Shipment processing time
Less Common will be taking a short break so processing times have been temporarily modified.
Orders made on or after 6 July 2026 will be processed between 7–21 August 2026.
Orders made on or after 7 August 2026 will be processed within the normal timeframes.
Normally we aim to dispatch orders within 10 business days after your order has been confirmed. Orders with no customisations will be confirmed immediately. If you have requested customisations, we may need to confirm some details first.
All of our products are made-to-order. Once all of your items have been made in our Melbourne studio they will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible.
We will notify you in the unlikely situation that your order is expected to take more than 10 business days to process.
Packaging
Your order will be shipped in a HeapsGood Ecomailer. Please open your package carefully to avoid damaging the contents and so the mailer can be reused or recycled.
Domestic shipping
We deliver to all addresses in Australia.

We deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.
International shipping

We currently ship internationally to Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and the United States.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and you should expect longer shipping times due to country-specific customs requirements and the delivery speed or policies of the carrier which picks up the package when it arrives in your country.

Customs duties and import taxes
Less Common is not reponsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to your order. All additional costs, such as tariffs or import taxes, imposed during or after shipping are the reponsibility of the customer.
The customs form attached to the package will include Harmonised System (HS) codes for each item.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
All shipping options include tracking. A tracking number and a tracking link will be provided when your order has shipped.
If you are an international customer and we know which carrier your package will be transferred to when it reaches your country, we’ll do our best to notify you which website to use to more accurately track your package.
Damages
Less Common are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
However, please let us know if you are having any issues with delivery.
Australia Post shipments usually come with $100 AU of compensation included.
